Auto Prime Pumps

Auto Prime Pump

We offer Auto Prime Pumps with an advanced auto prime system where there is no need for a foot valve. These pumps can easily suck water up to 8–9 meters using a powerful vacuum pump with a special vacuum part. You can use different types of pumps like back pull-out end suction and HSC pumps for clear water, dirty water, or even water with solid content.

Our Auto Prime Pumps are high-performance engine or motor-driven units specially designed to handle liquids containing mud, sewage, and semi-solids.

As one of the trusted Auto Prime Pumps Manufacturers, we provide vacuum-assisted pumps that are mounted on site wheels, high-speed road trailers, or skids. Depending on your requirement, the pumpset can be supplied in an open design or enclosed in an acoustic canopy.

AUTO PRIME PUMP SYSTEM - Reliable Auto Prime Pumps for Tough Jobs

Looking for dependable priming with minimal fuss? Our Auto Prime Pumps give you reliable performance, low maintenance, and quick self-priming - even when suction lines contain air or solids.

Why choose these Auto Prime Pumps?

These pumps are built tough. They’re end-suction, mixed-flow designs that handle solids and work well at low or medium heads. You get flexible mounting (vertical, horizontal, or oblique) so the pump fits your system, not the other way round.

Key components

1. Prime mover (Engine / Motor): Air/radiator or HE cooled engines (1000 rpm and above). Robust inline engines with direct injection; motors are TEFC or drip-proof.

2.Priming tank assembly: Fitted to the suction branch, the tank removes air from the suction line and protects the vacuum pump from water.

3. Vacuum pump & coalescer: From the priming tank, a vacuum pump others draws air into the coalescer. The oil is removed from the air by the coalescer, which then discharges the clean air to the atmosphere and recycles the oil for lubrication.

Design highlights

  • Pumps can keep running when liquid is exhausted and will self-prime when liquid returns.
  • Fully mechanical priming system – no complex electronics to worry about.
  • Rugged construction and minimal operator maintenance.
  • 60 cfm vacuum pump with coalescer and air exhaust to atmosphere.
  • Rotary-vane, oil-lubricated vacuum pump (60 cfm / ~100 m³/hr).
  • Zero manual intervention is needed for priming.
